After you send it we check your drawing and confirm the project with you before work starts. Timing starts once the project is confirmed and depends on drawing quality, complexity and deliverables.

Every file is opened and checked before it is delivered. Programs read materials and lighting their own way, so a house can look different from one to the next; its geometry and dimensions are the same in all of them.

Drop the floor plan into Floor plan to 3D — a PDF from your architect, a photo of the printed naksa, or the DWG — and the AI reads its dimensions, rooms, doors and windows and builds the house in 3D for you to edit. To plan a new house on your land instead, import the site drawing, set its scale from a known dimension and trace the boundary.

Send a PDF, DWG, DXF or a clear photo of your floor plan and we build the complete 3D model — shell, doors, windows, stairs, roof, site and basic furnishing — reviewed by an engineer before delivery, usually within 24 hours. Every package comes with a GLB and AR from the walkthrough link. The Architect handoff adds SketchUp (a .dae you save as .skp in SketchUp), a Blender scene, FBX, IFC and DXF. Named projects are saved to your account, so you can open them on another device. The editor also keeps a recovery draft in this browser.
